Versatile Outdoor Overhead Mesh Protection for Backyard Spaces & Greenhouses
Protect vulnerable outdoor spaces, garden beds, and backyard relaxation areas from harsh sun exposure during intense summer periods. Built for adaptable outdoor coverage across Australian properties, this 3m x 6m black shade net offers flexible overhead sun filtering for patio areas, verandah structures, and general yard protection.
Manufactured from a 70g/m² high-density polyethylene (HDPE) porous material, this lightweight mesh fabric delivers up to 90% shade coverage while blocking UV rays. The breathable structure encourages natural airflow and rapid ventilation while allowing rainwater to pass directly through, preventing water accumulation during rainy spells or windy conditions.
Designed for easy attachment across existing frames, pergolas, or posts, the border is strengthened with reinforced edging. A total of 18 aluminium grommets and corner fastening buckles are built into the perimeter, enabling even tension distribution and straightforward tie-down securing.
Please note: This product is an eyelet-secured shade net suitable for tie-down attachment; it is not a rigid hardware-tensioned architectural shade sail.
